A COLOURFUL COASTAL ESCAPE

The Rising is a spacious, individually designed three-bedroom coastal stay at Rye Harbour, created for family holidays, getaways with friends and relaxed escapes to this beautiful corner of East Sussex.

Sleeping up to eight guests, there’s plenty of room to be together without feeling on top of one another, with three bedrooms, additional sleeping space in the living area, a shower room and separate WC.

Inside, soft pinks, fresh greens, warm coral tones and brass details give The Rising its own distinctive personality. We've added the thoughtful touches we love to find when we're away ourselves — from good coffee and lovely bed linen to throws, board games and those useful everyday essentials you don't necessarily want to pack.

Outside, the south-facing decking gives you another space to relax, eat, drink and enjoy the fresh air.

And dogs are very welcome too.

LIVING & DINING

The open-plan living and dining space is the heart of The Rising — somewhere everyone can come together after a day exploring.

There's comfortable seating, a 43" TV, cosy throws and a selection of board games for relaxed evenings in.

The dining area provides a proper place to sit together for breakfast, dinner, drinks or a family games night, while the colourful interiors and individual pieces throughout give the space plenty of personality.

It's designed to feel like a home you can genuinely settle into rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

OUTDOOR LIVING & DECKING

The Rising has its own south-facing decking, giving you a lovely additional outdoor living space during your stay.

It's somewhere to start the morning with a coffee, sit outside with lunch, enjoy a drink after a day out or simply make the most of a sunny afternoon.

Outdoor furniture gives you somewhere comfortable to sit and relax, extending the living space beyond the doors.

KITCHEN

The Rising has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for an easy self-catering stay — whether you're making breakfast before heading out, putting together lunch for the family or staying in and cooking dinner.

And because nobody wants to arrive for a holiday and immediately have to buy every tiny kitchen essential, we provide some useful basics too.

BEDROOMS

The Rising has three separate bedrooms, making it particularly well suited to families, multi-generational holidays or groups of friends.

Bedroom 1

Double bed with comfortable bedding, bedside storage and lighting, plus space for your clothes and belongings.

Bedroom 2

Two single beds with comfortable bedding and storage.

Bedroom 3

Two single beds with comfortable bedding and storage.

Additional sleeping

The living room sofa converts into an additional bed, allowing The Rising to accommodate up to eight guests in total.

Bed linen is provided, so your beds will be ready for you when you arrive.

BATHROOMS

The Rising has a shower room plus a separate WC — particularly useful when you're staying as a larger family or group.

We provide:

So there's a little less to think about when you're packing.

DOGS ARE VERY WELCOME

Dogs are part of the family too, which is why The Rising welcomes up to two dogs.

Rye Harbour is a wonderful place to stay with them, with walks and open landscapes close by and miles of coast and countryside to discover around Rye and the surrounding area.

So there's no need for your four-legged family members to miss out on the holiday.

ON THE PARK

Staying at The Rising also gives you access to the facilities at Rye Harbour Holiday Park, so there's plenty to enjoy without even leaving the park.

The Rising is based at Rye Harbour in East Sussex, putting you in a brilliant position for discovering one of the loveliest parts of the Sussex coast.

Spend the morning exploring Rye's cobbled streets, independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants; head out for a walk around Rye Harbour; discover the surrounding coastline and countryside; or simply stay put and enjoy a slower day.

It's a lovely base for exploring — but equally good for doing very little at all.
