WELCOME TO THE RESERVE
The Reserve is our two-bedroom escape at Rye Harbour, created for guests who want all the ease of a coastal holiday with somewhere a little more special to come home to.
Filled with colour, pattern and thoughtful details, it has a relaxed, individual feel that sets it apart from the usual holiday park stay.
Sleeping up to six guests, with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living area, it works beautifully for couples, families and weekends away with friends.
And dogs are very welcome too.

LIVING & DINING
The bright, open-plan living area is designed for relaxing together after a day exploring Rye and the coast.
There's a comfortable sofa which converts into additional sleeping space, a TV, dining area with seating and heating to keep things cosy whatever the weather.
We also provide soft throws and a selection of board games for relaxed evenings in.

OUTDOOR LIVING & DECKING
Step outside onto The Reserve's private decking, with plenty of room to sit back and enjoy a little time outdoors.
With outdoor furniture and bistro-style tables and chairs providing seating for up to six guests, there's space for everyone — whether it's morning coffee in the fresh air, a leisurely lunch or a drink together at the end of the day.
It's your own little outdoor extension of The Reserve and a lovely spot to slow down between days exploring Rye, the nature reserve and the coast.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a relaxed dinner at home.
You'll also find a few complimentary essentials waiting for you, including teas, coffee pods, sugar, olive oil and balsamic vinegar — perfect for that first cuppa or an easy meal in.

BEDROOMS
The Reserve has two comfortable bedrooms, both made up with fresh bed linen and soft, cushioned mattress toppers, ready for you to settle straight in.
Bedroom 1 — Double
A comfortable double bed with cushioned mattress topper, bedside tables and lamps, conveniently placed sockets, wardrobe and a vanity area with mirror and hairdryer.
The bedroom also has its own private en-suite WC, and spare pillows are provided for extra comfort.
Bedroom 2 — Twin
Two comfortable single beds with cushioned mattress toppers, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and mirror.
There is also additional sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living area, allowing The Reserve to accommodate up to six guests.
Fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided for every stay.
BATHROOMS
The Reserve has a main bathroom with shower, as well as a private en-suite WC adjoining the double bedroom — particularly handy when you're staying as a family or group.
Fresh bath towels and hand towels are provided for every stay, along with hand wash and toilet paper.
A hairdryer is provided in the double bedroom, and guests will also find an iron and ironing board in The Reserve.
DOGS ARE VERY WELCOME
You certainly don't need a dog to stay at The Reserve — but if you're bringing one, you've chosen a rather good spot.
Step outside and you're surrounded by some of the most beautiful walking country in this part of East Sussex, with Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, coastal paths and miles of open landscape to explore.
The park itself is dog friendly and even has a dedicated dog-wash area — particularly useful after muddy walks and seaside adventures.
Up to two dogs are welcome at The Reserve.
ON THE PARK
Staying at The Reserve also gives you access to the facilities at Rye Harbour Holiday Park, so there's plenty to enjoy without even leaving the park.

Please note that children are not permitted in the spa Jacuzzi, and some park facilities, opening hours and entertainment are seasonal.
EXPLORE RYE HARBOUR & BEYOND
One of the loveliest things about The Reserve is its location.
The extraordinary landscape of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve is right nearby, with its network of footpaths, wetlands, wildlife and huge open skies. It's wonderful for walking, birdwatching, photography — or simply getting outside and slowing down.
Head into historic Rye and you'll find cobbled streets, independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants to explore.
A little further afield are Winchelsea, Camber Sands and the wider East Sussex coast, giving you plenty to discover whether you're staying for a weekend or a full week.
